Scott King Partner
Scott King is a native North Carolinian born and raised in Wendell, NC where he still resides. He has been in the construction industry for 20 years, thanks to his dad, Joey King who founded Wendell Siding. Scott brings a unique perspective to home building being that he started and is still in the siding industry, managing Wendell Siding with his dad and another partner. Scott also works with other custom builders on their projects regularly. He graduated from NC State with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business Management in 2007. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time in Morehead City with his family and friends and is an avid cycling enthusiast.
Camille Livingston Agent
Camille Livingston was born and raised on the coast of North Carolina and still enjoys all the things that it has to offer. Since beginning her career in real estate in 2018, Camille has formed countless relationships with clients as well as helped many families buy and sell along the coast. She graduated from UNC Wilmington with a degree in Business Administration & Finance, which gives her a unique passion for both the analytical and relational side of the business. Having been raised in Morehead City, Camille has extensive knowledge of the Crystal Coast and surrounding areas and enjoys spending any free time she has boating with her family and friends, and venturing out to "The Cape" any time she can!
